I think the good teacher must have some points:
Qualities:
Ability to give interesting lessons
To love his/her job
To have lots of knowledge
To be an entertaining
To talk with the pupils
To have an affinity with the pupil
To know how to draw out quiet ones and control the more talkative ones
To correct people without offending them
Help no shout
To know the names
How to talk to students:
To use exaggerated tones of voice
Simple grammatical structures
Restricted vocabulary
To use physical movement
How to give instructions:
They must be as simple as possible
Logical
To check the students has understood
Kinds of lessons:
To break rules
Variety
Not anarchy
Surprise
